The Path Of The Wise

There is one discovery I made this morning which it is a must to share with you.
It is a path of the wise. If you want to be wise, it is one thing you must do.
I must warn you that it is not a popular path. Infact, it is against the conventional way of thinking.
If what i'm about to reveal to you has been a dye -in- the- wool habit for you, don't worry. You can have a remarkable and dramatic start if you desire a turn around.
Prophet Isiah was not a mean prophet but he too made the mistake most people make. He believed he was better than others in all ramifications. He rained curses on sinners and wicked people thinking he was better than them. However, he had a vision of heaven. That vision changed his life for good. He began to see things and others in a new perspective. Before, he thought he had a clean lips but after the heavenly encounter, he saw himself as having unclean lips. He was ready to deal with his own sin.
'In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.
Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly,
And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy,is the Lord of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.
And the psots of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke.
Then said I, woe is me! for I am undone; beacuse I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts.' (Isiah 6:1-5)

Acknowledge Your Sin And Deal With It

That's what most people will never do. They prefer to blame others and vindicate themselves. They excuse their wickedness, lies, deceit, murder, dishonesty, bribery, corruption and other evil vices only to accuse others of being higher in the rank.
If you want to walk the path of the wise, you must deal with your own sin first.
Repent of them and judge yourself with the standard of God's word instead of self-righteousness.

Stop Comparing Yourself With Others
People who compare themselves with others are not wise. That's the message passed to the children of God in the Corinthian church through the pen of Apostle Paul. Those words are still relevant to us today. 'For ew dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare oursleves with some that commend themselves: but they , measuring themselves by themselves are not wise.' (2 Cor. 10:12)Always remember that you are what you are in Christ by the grace of God not of works or our good deeds. Continue to humble yourself under the might hands of God and he shall exalt you in due course.

Focus your attention on Christ to make you grow in the spirit and keep on abounding in good works till the Saviour appears again.
