Priestly Prayer

Not all congregations follow the tenets of Christ. So many false doctrines pervade the universe as we get set for the second coming of the Lord. A genuine Pastor must be concerned about the spiritual health of his congregation. Your heart should be constantly tuned to the well being of those you led to Christ. It should be your desire to see them grow in grace and in the love of God. Satan who sometimes disguise as an angel of light would have none of that. That is why you should adopt the priestly prayer of Apostle Paul who took the matter of the Ephesians to heart and expressed his prayers as he wrote to them.
When we pray, the glory of God will come down. Our limitation shall be removed and divine intervention happens on our behalf.

What Should Your Prayer Be?
Your prayer to your family as a husband and father(you are the priest of you own house), your congregation as a pastor could follow these lines.......

'That they may be granted according to the riches of His glory to be strenthened with might by His spirit in the inner man; that Christ may dwell in their hearts by faith, that they being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comphrehend with all saints what is the breadth and length, and depth, and height and to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge, that they might be filled with all the fullness of God'. Amen
T
hat prayer appreciates the power and sovereignty of God. It emphasizes the need for the love of Christ and necessity of spiritual growth. Such should be your prayer today as a priest.

May the Lord make His face to shine upon you. Amen
