Are You A Channel Of Blessing?

If you claim to be a child of God how many people have you spoken to about Christ?
If you have been sharing your faith with others how many people had come to the saviour through your messages and care?
The gift you claim to have, how have you been using it? Are you a channel of blessing to others?
If not, pray to God to make you a channel of blessing and take practical steps to reach out to people in need. The way of service is the path to prosperity and plessure. 'If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity and their years in pleasure'.
May be you have been reaching out to help people around you before but your zeal and commitment has reduced as a result of a sad event you think was not fair to you. Don't forget that you will reap what you sow. 'And let us not be weary in well doing for in due season we sahll reap if we faint not'. Your best chance is to continue your good work. 'Be ye steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the waork of the Lord, forasmuch as you know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord'.

Don't go and hide because of the disappointment you had. There is fulfillment in giving your time, talent and gifts to others. Be determined to be a channel of blessing. At the end of time, your success will depend on how many stars you have won to your crown. Life is about loving others after loving God.
If you are a professional, you can take time out during vacation to get involved in missionary work. At your local church, you can be in the choir or other service units. You will experience joy and fulfillment as a result. Life is short. Use it wisely.
