Do All In The Name Of Christ

Can we continue in sin and hope that the grace of God multiply? No. Following Christ must be a complete turn around from sin. Rabid hatred must be developed for sin. Before, you were serving sin and Satan. Now, you should serve God and be righteous. How to live a righteous life is to do all things in the name of Christ. 'And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the father by him'.Ask yourself this question-if Christ were to be alive, would He steal? Would He commit adultery or fornication? Would He defraud? Would He be covetous? If Christ would do none of these then you shouldn't. That's how to do all things in the name of Christ. The kind of words Christ would not utter, you'll comport yourself not to say such.
Then how can you say what is pleasing unto God? 'Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing on eanother in psalms, and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord'.

Remember the word of Christ concerning salvation. Let it richly grow in you. 'Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God'. That is Christ's word. Use it regularly in your language.
Remember His words on doing the will of God. 'Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven'. That is another word of Christ. Let it dwell richly in you.

Text: Col 3:16-17, Matt 7:21

Heart Searching Question
If you drop dead tonight, where would you spend eternity?

When Christ lives in us, he will make us like himself.

Nice Post bro.

There seems to be a typo or something.

The line that reads "If Christ was alive today..." maybe it should read: "If Christ was on the earth today. This I say 'cause we know He is still very much alive now and forever more as the Bible says. Rev. 1:18
